Structure and principle
Structural composition: usually composed of fuselage, power system, transmission system, pressing system, control system and other parts. The fuselage is the supporting frame of the entire equipment, which requires sufficient strength and stability; the power system provides the power required for the operation of the equipment, and the common ones are electric motors; the transmission system is responsible for transmitting power to the pressing system, which can be gear transmission, chain transmission or hydraulic transmission; the pressing system is the core part, including components such as rollers, molds or pressing plates, which are used to apply lateral pressure to the material; the control system is used to control the operating parameters of the equipment, such as pressure, speed, stroke, etc.
Working principle: When working, the power system drives the transmission system to make the rollers, molds or pressing plates in the pressing system move horizontally, and exert pressure on the material placed on the workbench of the equipment to make it plastically deformed, so as to achieve the required shape, size or surface texture requirements.
Technical parameters
Pressure: indicates the maximum pressure that the horizontal press can apply, usually in tons (t) or kilonewtons (kN). The pressure determines the thickness and hardness range of the material that the equipment can process.
Stroke: refers to the maximum moving distance of the pressing parts such as the pressing roller, mold or pressing plate in the lateral direction. The stroke length affects the size and shape complexity of the processable material.
Speed: refers to the lateral movement speed of the pressing part, generally in meters per minute (m/min) or millimeters per second (mm/s). The speed will affect the production efficiency and processing quality.
Processing width: refers to the maximum width of the material that the horizontal press can process. This parameter determines the specifications and dimensions of the plate that the equipment can process.
Operation and maintenance points
Operation points: The operator should be familiar with the operating procedures and safety precautions of the equipment, and wear necessary personal protective equipment, such as safety helmets and gloves. Before operation, it is necessary to check whether the various parts of the equipment are normal, and whether the transmission device, electrical system and hydraulic system have signs of failure or leakage. According to the characteristics and requirements of the processed materials, reasonably adjust the pressure, speed, stroke and other parameters of the equipment. During the processing, ensure that the material is placed stably and positioned accurately, and pay attention to the operation of the equipment to prevent abnormalities.
Maintenance points: Clean the equipment regularly, remove surface dust, oil and debris to prevent them from entering the equipment and affecting normal operation. Lubricate and maintain key parts such as transmission parts and pressing parts, and add appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease according to the requirements of the equipment manual to reduce wear and friction resistance. Check whether the various connection parts of the equipment are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened in time; at the same time, check the wear of parts such as rollers and molds.
