Color Steel Tile Equipment

Color steel tile equipment refers to the use of cold rolling technology to roll and shape color-coated steel plates. Color steel tile equipment is generally composed of four parts: frame, roller, hydraulic equipment, shearing equipment, power transmission part and control system. Among them, the roller profiling can be divided into deformation area and forming area.

The processing flow of color steel forming equipment is generally divided into three parts: roller shaft part, profiling part, and shearing part.

The cold bending process of color steel plate is similar to the bending process in terms of technology, but it is different from the rolling process and belongs to a special production method. Since the yield strength of steel will increase during the cold working deformation process, it can generally increase by 10%-15%, and some can increase by 20%. Therefore, the color steel tiles manufactured by this gradual deformation method are light in weight and high in strength. During the forming process of color steel tiles, when the color rolls or color steel plates pass through continuous rollers in sequence, under the action of friction, as the rollers turn and move forward, they gradually bend and deform, thereby obtaining the required cross-sectional shape. In addition, during the forming process, due to extrusion, the metal will deform, the thickness of the metal in the bent part will become thinner, and the thinning amount is generally very small. The thickness of the steel plate is considered to be unchanged before and after the forming process.
