Structural composition

Working principle

The color steel tile machine feeds the color-coated steel plate into the forming device through the feeding device.In the forming device,the steel plate is gradually bent and pressed under the action of a series of rollers to form the required waveform or other shape.The formed color steel tile continues to be conveyed forward.When the set length is reached,the cutting device starts to cut the color steel tile.Then,the conveying device sends the cut color steel tile out of the equipment to complete the production process.

Maintenance

Daily cleaning:After the production is completed,dust,oil stains,metal debris and other impurities on the surface of the equipment should be cleaned in time to prevent them from entering the equipment and affecting normal operation.Pay special attention to cleaning the rollers and molds of the forming device,which can be wiped with special cleaning agents and soft cloth.
