Three simple installation methods for light steel keel machine

Light steel keel machine is a single roll forming unit that can produce various specifications of purlin products. It mainly consists of leveling device, passive loading frame, cutting device after forming, stamping device, hydraulic station, computer control system, etc. It is the main material for making light steel structures, which is cold-formed from steel plates or strips.

Several simple installation methods for light steel keel machine:

1. Adopt C-shaped light steel keel without additional load, mainly the main keel of single-layer ceiling. Usually, we use suspension rods or light lifting devices to connect, and the lower end will hook onto both sides of the C-shaped keel slot.

The T-shaped main keel is a lightweight ceiling. We usually use a support T-shaped keel hanger, which is not connected to the upper hanger, but clamped at the lower part. Some people say that galvanized wire hangers are hooked and tied together through holes on the keel.

3. For suspended ceiling load-bearing keels with additional loads, the load-bearing keel hanger can be connected to the threaded part at the lower end of the steel bar hanger, and the nut can be tightened and clamped firmly.

The interface of the light steel keel production equipment is fixed with T-shaped keel connectors, and the secondary keel is connected to the main keel using a plug-in method without connectors. If there is an additional load or a large area of suspended ceiling, a U-shaped load-bearing keel is required. After installing the suspension rod, the U-shaped load-bearing keel (main keel) hanger is first used to connect the U-shaped main keel to the suspension rod, and then the T-shaped longitudinal keel is connected to the U-shaped main keel using a T-shaped keel hanger.
