With the development of society,light steel keel ceilings often appear in home decoration.The ceiling decoration of styling design mostly uses light steel keel as the frame,and then covers it with gypsum board,which has the characteristics of not being afraid of water,sound insulation,light weight,and high strength.Then,the manufacturer of the light steel keel machine will introduce the process flow of the light steel keel ceiling.

1.Bounce Line

Use a spirit level to mark the horizontal points on each wall(column)corner in the room,mark a horizontal line(usually 500mm above the ground),measure the design height of the ceiling plus the thickness of a layer board,and mark the horizontal line along the wall(column)with a chalk line,which is the lower skin line of the ceiling keel.At the same time,according to the ceiling plan,mark the position of the main keel on the concrete roof.The main keel is separated from the middle of the ceiling to both sides,with a large spacing of 1000 millimeters;The suspension keel is separated from the middle of the ceiling to both sides,with a large spacing of 1000 millimeters.The fixing points of the suspension should be marked with a spacing of 900-1000 millimeters.If the fixing points of beams and pipes are greater than the design and specification requirements,additional fixing points for suspension rods should be added.

2.Fixed suspension rod

Fix the suspension rod with expansion bolts.Drill holes on the roof of the car with an impact hammer and install expansion bolts.One end of the suspension rod is welded with L30 x30 x3 corner code(the aperture of the corner code should be determined according to the diameter of the suspension rod and expansion bolt),and the other end is welded with a screw.The manufactured derrick should be rust proof.If there is no ceiling and the length of the suspension rod is less than 1000mm,steel suspension can be used;When it is greater than 1000mm,na steel hangers should be used.For suspended ceilings with hanging rods less than 1000mm in length,na steel hangers can be used;When it is greater than 1000 millimeters,steel hangers should be used.Attention should also be paid when installing the suspension rod:the suspension rod should be straight and have sufficient bearing capacity.When the rod needs to be extended,it must be overlapped and welded,and the weld seam should be uniform and full;Hanging rods should be added to chandeliers,air vents,and channel openings.

3.Install the side keel

The installation of the side keel should be set according to the design requirements,and the L-shaped galvanized lightweight steel bars should be fixed on the pre embedded wooden bricks along the horizontal keel line on the wall(column)with self tapping screws;If it is a concrete wall(column),it can be fixed with nails,and the spacing between nails should be smaller than the spacing between secondary keels.

4.Install the main keel

The main keel is hung on the suspension rod and installed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the room,with a spacing of 900-1000 millimeters.During installation,it should be arched to a height of 1/200-1/300 of the room span.The cantilever section of the main keel should not exceed 300mm,otherwise a suspension rod should be added.The extension line of the main keel should be connected,and the connection of adjacent keels should be staggered.After the main keel is hung,it should be basically flat.

5.Install the secondary keel

Secondary keels are divided into visible keels and hidden keels.The secondary keel is divided into T-shaped painted keel and T-shaped aluminum alloy keel,and various manufacturers'strip buckle plates are equipped with dedicated keels.The secondary keel should be installed close to the main keel,with a spacing of 300-600 millimeters.The secondary keel is fixed on the main keel with T-shaped galvanized iron fittings.The two ends of the secondary keel should be placed on the horizontal flange of the L-shaped side keel,and the strip buckle plate should have a dedicated internal angle line as the side keel.

6.Comprehensive correction of keel skeleton

Conduct a comprehensive inspection and calibration of the installed ceiling keel frame.After the structural position and levelness of the primary and secondary keels are qualified,tighten all hangers and connectors,clamp them firmly,and make the overall frame stable and reliable.

7.Installation of gypsum decorative board

Shelf installation:flat overlap,suspended ceiling.The decorative gypsum board is overlapped within the framework of T-shaped keel assembly,and the decorative keel of the ceiling is exposed.When installing the board,there should be board installation joints with a gap of no more than 1 millimeter on each side.
