The gutter water tank machine is mainly composed of an active feeding shaft, a leveling device, a side wheel for extruding thick edges, a forming host, a forming cutting device, a hydraulic station, a computer control cabinet, and other parts. Its working principle is that the motor pulls and drives the driven feeding, and the raw materials (such as galvanized steel plates, color steel plates, or aluminum plates) enter the leveling machine for leveling. After leveling, the material is passed through an encoder shaft, fixed in length by the encoder, and then enters the forming host. In the forming host, it is gradually cold-formed through the use of multiple component shafts and forming wheel materials, making it into the shape of a gutter and water trough. When the set length is reached, the forming cutting device performs fixed length cutting under the drive of the hydraulic system, cutting off the formed gutter drainage channel. The entire process is controlled by the automatic control software in the computer control cabinet, achieving information management and automated operation of production.
