Detailed Introduction
Cold bending forming machine is a plastic processing machine that uses sequentially configured multi-pass forming rollers to continuously bend metal sheets such as coils and strips laterally to make specific cross-section profiles.
Design and manufacturing features of cold bending machine rolls:
1.According to the principle of average force in each pass,the rollers in the whole line are evenly stressed,the wear is balanced,and the service life of the rollers is extended.
2.The roll uses C12MoV material to take advantage of its wear resistance,but the specific strength and hardness are contradictory.The red hardness of C12MoV must be used during heat treatment.After quenching,two or even three times of tempering can achieve the hardness.
3.The arc part of the track is the core part of the slide rail.The arc position formed by the first few passes should be effectively protected by upper and lower rollers or horizontal wheels when rolling and folding the vertical edges in the subsequent passes.,otherwise,the arc position of the material will definitely change during the stretching process,R will become smaller and become a triangle,the steel ball will not reach the bottom,and the two-point contact will produce noise.When R becomes larger,the matching rail will shake,and the track will be blurred when the slide rail is used.Uneven force will deform the slide rail and shorten its life.
4.Rolling stability problem.In production,we often encounter the problem that the material deflects left and right in the raceway.In fact,the single set of rollers is asymmetrical.The left side is stressed,and the material deflects to the right;the right side is stressed,and the material deflects sway to the left.
