Primer construction

-Mixing Primer: Pour the primer into a container and stir thoroughly with a mixer to ensure stable performance of the primer.

-Primer application: Use a spray gun or roller brush to evenly apply the primer to the surface of the grille ceiling, paying attention to the uniform thickness of the coating to avoid missing or falling. Generally, it is necessary to apply 1 to 2 coats of primer. After each coat of primer dries, gently sand it with sandpaper to enhance the adhesion of the topcoat.

Topcoat construction

-Mixing topcoat: According to the product manual, mix the topcoat with diluent in a certain proportion and stir evenly with a mixer.

-Trial spraying: Before formal spraying, conduct a trial spraying on a small sample, adjust the pressure, nozzle size, and spraying distance of the spray gun to achieve the best spraying effect.

-Spray paint: Spray paint using a spray gun, which is kept perpendicular to the surface of the grille ceiling at a distance of about 30 to 50 centimeters, and evenly sprayed in the order of left to right and top to bottom. Generally, it is necessary to spray 2 to 3 coats of topcoat, and wait for sufficient drying time between each coat. After drying, slight polishing can be performed if necessary.

Inspection and repair

-Inspection: After the construction is completed, carefully inspect the surface quality of the grille ceiling paint to see if there are any defects such as missed brushing, sagging, blistering, orange peel, etc.

-Repair: Promptly repair any issues discovered. If there are small areas of missed brushing or defects, a brush can be used for touch up brushing; For larger areas, it may be necessary to re spray.

Clean up the site

-After the construction is completed, clean up the construction site in a timely manner, organize and store the remaining materials, tools, etc. properly. At the same time, clean up paint stains and debris on the ground to maintain the cleanliness of the site.
