Feeding principle

Principle of Rolling Forming

-Under the action of the roller, the board gradually undergoes plastic deformation and is bent into a U-shape along the contour of the roller.

Cut off principle

-When the U-shaped profile reaches the preset length, the cutting mechanism begins to work. The cutting mechanism generally uses methods such as sawing, shearing, or punching to cut profiles from continuous sheets.

-The cutting operation is also precisely controlled by the control system to ensure accurate cutting position, smooth cutting surface, and no impact on the quality and performance of the profile.

Principles of Control Systems
