Working principle

The fully automatic light steel forming machine mainly uses the principle of cold bending to gradually roll the rolled light steel raw materials through multiple sets of rollers, causing them to undergo plastic deformation according to the preset shape and size, and finally forming the required light steel components, such as C-shaped steel, Z-shaped steel, etc. During the rolling process, the automatic control system equipped with the equipment can accurately control the speed, pressure, and travel speed of the rollers, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and forming quality of light steel components.

Structural composition

-Material feeding device: used to place light steel coils and maintain stable tension of the coils through an automatic adjustment device to ensure smooth feeding.

-Forming host: It is the core part of the equipment, consisting of multiple sets of rollers. The shape and size of the rollers are designed according to different specifications of light steel components, and the forming of light steel is achieved by rolling the raw materials in sequence.

-Cutting device: automatically cuts the formed light steel according to the set length, using high-precision cutting tools to ensure a flat cutting surface and accurate dimensions.

-Control system: Advanced PLC control system is adopted, and operators can input various parameters such as component size, production speed, etc. through the touch screen. The system can monitor the operation status of the equipment in real time and accurately control each component.
