2、 Working principle and core technology
Principle of Cold Processing
-Plastic deformation: Multiple sets of rollers (usually 8-15 passes) are used to apply continuous pressure to the metal sheet, gradually bending it into the target cross-section.
-No thermal impact: No heating is required, and the material strength is increased due to cold work hardening (such as Q235 steel strength can be increased by 15-20%).
