Color Steel Composite Machine

The color steel composite machine is a special mechanical equipment that integrates gas, electricity and machinery to process color steel insulation composite panels.

Main components

Feeding mechanism: used to place color steel coils, usually equipped with a brake device to control the feeding speed and tension.

Pressing mechanism: Press the color steel plate into a specific waveform or shape, such as the common corrugated type, to increase the strength and beauty of the plate.

Composite mechanism: This is the core part, including functions such as rib pressing, gluing, heating, compounding, curling, grooving, and edge trimming. Through gluing and heating, the color steel plate and the insulation core material are firmly compounded together, and the edge is processed to make the composite board more beautiful and durable.

Cutting mechanism: According to the set length, the composite color steel composite board is automatically cut, usually using pneumatic or electric cutting methods, with high cutting accuracy.

Conveyor rack: used to convey color steel plates and composite boards during the production process to ensure the smooth operation of the plates.

Control system: Use touch screen or PLC control to realize the automatic operation of the entire production line, including speed adjustment, parameter setting, fault alarm and other functions.

Power supply: generally 380V/50-60Hz.

Total power: usually around 32KW.

Production line speed: 0-4m/min or 0-0.45m/s continuously and steplessly adjustable.

Production width: common ones are 1000mm, 1200mm, etc.

Product thickness: 50-250mm.

Glue output: high-precision low-speed metering pump is used to deliver glue, and the glue output is continuously and steplessly adjustable within 0.1kg per minute.

Production process

Feeding → anti-rolling → sealing board forming → shaping → grooving → glue dripping → heating → curling → plugging → forming → grooving → length setting → cutting (steel plate) → finished product output.

Widely used in roof and wall insulation systems of buildings such as industrial plants, warehouses, large supermarkets, stadiums, exhibition halls, mobile board houses, cold storage, and clean workshops.
